Course material will be provided digitally upfront to the seminar day, accompanied by documents on legal text material. The one-day seminar is structured into four session slots with breaks inbetween. Participants are welcome to contribute with questions and remarks throughout the sessions. In short, the GTC provide for following terms:
If the customer is unable to attend the seminar for reasons for which the vendor is not responsible, the following cancellation conditions apply regarding the amount of fees:
• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar: 20% of the total amount falls due;
• Less than 2 weeks before the start of the seminar: 50% of the total amount falls due;
• Cancellation from one day before the planned start of the seminar, in the event of no-show or early termination: 100% of the total amount falls due.
